Digital Vision is an art portfolio managed from Italy, with links to external collections, subscriptions and prints. Contact: contact@digital-vision.art.

Browsing and permitted use

You may browse the website for personal viewing. Reproduction, redistribution, adaptation and commercial use require permission from the relevant rightsholder unless permitted by applicable law. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or misuse its private administrator area.

Artworks and adult releases

The portfolio presents selected original fictional characters. Some releases linked through Patreon are intended for adults and are subject to that platform's age restrictions and terms. The public portfolio does not provide access to those releases.

External purchases and memberships

Subscriptions, purchases, payments, delivery, cancellation and refunds take place through the relevant external platform and the terms applicable to the transaction. Those terms identify the contracting parties. These website terms do not replace statutory consumer rights or obligations that may apply to Digital Vision as a creator or contracting party.

Commissions

Commission enquiries may be sent by email. Scope, price, delivery, revisions and permitted use must be agreed separately before work begins. This website does not itself place an order or transfer rights in an artwork.

Availability and responsibility

The portfolio may be updated or temporarily unavailable during maintenance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit it, or removes statutory rights.
