What to include

• Your name, contact email and whether you are the rightsholder or an authorised representative.
• Identification of the protected work or right, with information supporting the claim.
• The exact URL of the material concerned.
• An explanation of the alleged infringement and relevant licence or permission information.
• A statement that the report is made in good faith and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Please supply only information necessary to assess the report. It will be reviewed, and appropriate action may include requesting clarification, correcting information or removing or restricting access to material. This policy does not guarantee an outcome or a response time.
