Copyright & Usage Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Digital Vision publishes original fictional characters and related creative materials. Rights are reserved to the extent that they exist under applicable law and are held by the relevant rightsholder. Publication does not itself grant a licence to reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit material.
Creative process
The creative workflow includes GPT, Perchance and Tensor.Art, with image editing in Adobe Photoshop. Copyright protection depends on the applicable law and the nature of the human creative contribution. No blanket claim is made that every AI-generated element is independently protected.
Permissions and purchases
To request permission, email contact@digital-vision.art, identifying the artwork and your proposed use. Permission must come from the person entitled to grant the relevant rights. A print purchase or membership does not by itself transfer copyright; consult the terms attached to the specific product, release or commission.
Third-party rights
Any third-party tools, names or trademarks mentioned remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Their mention does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. This policy does not restrict uses permitted by statutory exceptions or limitations.
For an intellectual property concern, see the Copyright Complaints Policy.
